What is the refund / return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Since flowers is a perishable item, any problems after delivery must be reported WITHIN 24 hours of notice! Afterwards, the sale will be final.
How does deliveries work?
Orders that are made before 12:00PM will be delivered on the same day.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be delivered the same day if you have placed an order before 12:00PM, orders placed after this time will either be delivered tomorrow or a day of your choosing.
Can I choose when the item can be delivered?
No, unfortunately delivery times varies and we cannot guarantee any exact time delivery, the delivery will happen on the day that you choose, but the time is not exact.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
